TIBETAN QIGONG
Tibetan Qigong (pronounced chee kung) restores health, enhances joy, and promotes the natural development of spiritual and intellectual powers. The Tibetan Qigong system focuses on quieting the body, speech and mind, dissolving the barriers of relative perception, and revealing the true nature of existence. Every person has the ability to heal and to develop his or her full potential through simple resonance of movement, sound and intention. This practice enables one to access healing energy. Qigong is the root of traditional Chinese medicine. With over five thousand years of history, it is one of the oldest and most tested of medical practices. The documented benefits of emitted Qi include reversal of disorders affecting all the major systems of the body, particularly chronic conditions such as asthma, arthritis and diabetes, as well as cancer, immune deficiency, endocrine, heart and psychological problems. The ancient practice of Qigong was brought from India to China where it found a home in China's Shaolin Temple. Qigong was also embraced by Tibetan Buddhists, with the Tibetan form of practice remaining pure and virtually unaltered for millennia because of Tibet's isolation. It was handed down through the centuries by only the highest level monks. Master Wang learned Tibetan Qigong from a high level Tibetan Qigong Master, Khenpo Munsel Rinpoche, who was the 11th lineage holder descended from Padmasambhava, the founder of Tibetan Buddhism. Tibetan Qigong as taught and performed by Master Zi Sheng Wang is a unique blend of techniques that can propel a person to greater levels of health, energy and spiritual awareness. These powerful Qigong methods, taught in ITQA Tibetan Qigong Workshops, can greatly assist in self-healing. MASTER WANG'S MESSAGE by Master Zi Sheng Wang I came to the United States to promote Dharma teachings and help American people learn to heal themselves. I was given this mission by my Shifu (Shifu means teacher), Khenpo Munsel Rinpoche. Khenpo Munsel's Dharma name was Chr Cheng Jia Zuo, and he was the 11th lineage holder descended from Padmasambhava, founder of Tibetan Buddhism. I have practiced Tibetan Qigong for over half a century. With my Shifu's teaching, close supervision and blessing, I learned to control this unique healing method. I use mantras to control and make the best use of cosmic energies. I let these energies work in the person's body to strengthen the immune system. The goal is to increase their ability to heal their own sickness. This method can heal one, several, hundreds, or even many thousands of people at a time. It can be done over short distances, such as in a room, or over vast distances. I offer my unique healing method and sacred teachings to help people release their suffering, thus allowing them better health and happier lives. If more people can control this unique healing method, they will be able to bring many benefits to today's medical field, and help heal those suffering with illness. By uniting Western and Chinese medicine and Tibetan Qigong we may achieve many new developments in the field of medicine.
